Shipping Policy

At Baccam, each order is prepared with care and many of our products are made to order. Because of this, please allow time for both order processing and shipping.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or for certain products.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Multiple Packages

Some Baccam products may be produced or fulfilled by different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees after your order has been placed because items ship separately.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Baccam is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur and may be outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

For damaged items, please keep the product and packaging and take clear photos, as these may be required to resolve the issue.
